Kamba Trips started with a simple frustration: every itinerary on offer read like a checklist, and none of them accounted for the way people really move through a place.
Nothing reaches an itinerary until someone here has walked it. The guides are people we know by name, not a vendor list.
Most journeys run private. Where we do group, the cap is low enough that the pace still bends to the people on it.
The same fort is a different place at 7am and at noon. We build around the hour that matters, not the checklist.
